Welcome

My family moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area from Philadelphia in 1987 and have lived in this beautiful state ever since.  With two successful careers in the non-profit world, first with National Industries for the Blind and then with Goodwill® Industries International, I learned how dedication and hard work leads to success. Working with thousands of people, some with significant disabilities, was the most gratifying experience of my life and career.

My wife Phyllis and I recently purchased a home in Corte Bella, Sun City West, and we love our community and our neighbors.  Our miniature labradoodle Sophie lives with us and enjoys her morning walks and meeting new canine friends.  I’m enjoying all the activities, especially pickleball, and mountain and road bicycle riding.  I’m now a full-fledged member of the Corte Bella Pickleball Club.  Our beautiful golf course and club that is part of our community is wonderful to come home to.

I have held an Arizona Real Estate license since 2005 and decided to use my experience, knowledge and service orientation to build a real estate practice in Sun City West with a focus on Corte Bella.  I joined the HomeSmart® team as a full-time agent.  HomeSmart provides all of the tools, systems and support I use to best support my buyer and seller clients, and I have become a Corte Bella and Sun City real estate expert.
