Sun City is the first of four Del Webb communities that are located in the northwest valley. It is a self-contained city with over 26,000 homes. At the base of the White Tank mountains lies the DMB community of Verrado.  They have recently opened the new 1200 acre age-restricted community and the community center was opened in January 2016. Victory will be a part of a much bigger all-ages community called Verrado.  They offer homes by multiple builders and currently have only new builds not resales.
