It has about 17,000 homes, slightly smaller than Sun City, and has its own hospital, shopping and retail stores. Golf carts are allowed on the streets and make easy access for the residents. The community is notable for it’s low taxes, low association fees and reasonably priced housing. Buyers can find a variety of housing styles, including single family homes, duplexes, garden apartments or condos.
Space has been provided for 270 garden plots for those wishing to grow fresh vegetables and flowers year-round.
