This is the newest of the Del Webb communities here in the Valley of the Sun.  It is located in the town of Buckeye, at the base of the White Tank Mountains.  It is about 10 miles west of Surprise and is best for those who want to get out of the “city feel”.  The retail and shopping have not yet caught up to this part of the area.   The style of the homes is more modern for today’s buyer yet reasonably priced.  There are some resale homes in this area but most are new construction and models are available for viewing.
