I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Charles.He goes up and beyond to make sure you have the home you want and need.He is friendly, approachable and kind. Charles will always call you back and answer all your questions. Trust me, I had a lot of them (questions).He won't just walk through a house and try to sell you anything. He knows enough about houses and the properties that if there's something that's not right, he will tell you about it. He won't leave you in the dark with any problems. He will give you his thoughts and opinions about the properties and the prices of said properties. He also has a list of contacts to help you with any other workers for your new property (plumber, carpenter, etc..)He works hard to get you the property you are looking for. If you want a realtor that you can trust and knows who will work in your favor - Charles is your realtor.

Charles exceeds all expectations. Not only is he knowledgeable, he and his team never leave you wanting or needing for anything. Working with Charles and Erin to sell our home and purchase a new build was a flawless and stress free experience. Our home was listed Friday afternoon with the price being on the high end of it's range. Charles did an open house Saturday morning, and we had a full price offer with buyer paying all closing costs by Saturday afternoon. House closed 30 days later and that was that, never had to even schedule a showing aside from the open house! Our neighbors were jumping for joy when they saw their own home values increase by our sale. The team was quick to answer all of our questions and it is clear their clients have first priority in their day. When it came time to set a deal with our new build, Erin's negotiating skills landed us a home and lot that we would have been priced out of otherwise. Who knew it was possible to negotiate so well on a new build?!
