In 2014 I moved to Sun City - sight unseen. I have moved around the country enough to know that the house is not as significant as the community and its amenities. Proximity to shopping, things to do, doctors, hospitals, churches, are far more important because I can’t change those, but I will always have several floor plans to choose from so I be able to find something that will suit my needs.

 

So WHY did I choose Sun City:

#1 – The Price of the homes! … and the lower taxes.

 

#2 - The Clubs! It is a Craft Lovers dream come true! I’m a member of the Bell Wood Club, Bell Metal Club, Camera Guild, Palo Verde Artists, and plan to join the Vintage Car Club (I have a Mustang!). My friend is a member of the Bell Craft Club's Polymer Clay club, Palo Verde Artists club, and Bell Silvercraft with plans to join the Marinette Clay Corner. There are over 130 clubs to choose from.

 

#3 – The Pools – in particular the Walking pools which make me feel like I’m at a resort.
