Welcome

A little bit about me..

Born and raised in the Pacific NW, I grew up in the green and grey of Kirkland, Bellevue & Seattle, WA. In 1999 I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and in 2002 I moved to Arizona and have had my license and been in real estate since 2003. I have worked both in residential real estate and commercial property management & leasing. In residential, alongside helping my clients buy and sell homes and rental properties, I have flipped homes on my own and know what it takes to get properties in their best shape for a quicker sale at their best value. In commercial property management & leasing, I managed several properties all over the valley and was responsible for maintaining all aspects of the property, handling vendors for repairs/improvements, property expenses, tenant relations, and for negotiating leases for existing and prospective tenants. So, I'm well versed with negotiations and working with contractors and have plenty of referrals to send your way.

My husband and I have 2 girls, ages 5 and 12, and a golden named Sadie. We spend our evenings and weekends taking them to soccer and dance for training and competitions. I love a good hike and the arts. I was a member and president (2012) of WoMAC, which was a suppport organization for the Phoenix Art Museum from 2008-2017. I took the fundraising skills I learned in WoMAC and started a business partner program at our local elementary that currently raises about $12,000 per year in funds that goes directly towards educational items for the students and staff. I have also been a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) since 2007, acting as the treasurer for many years and subsequently the audit committee chair, supporting local and national projects for education, patriotism and historical preservation.
