About Me

My name is Jerry Springfield.  I've been a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona since January of 2006.  I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, an MLS Licensee and hold the National Association of Realtors Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification.  As a full time professional Realtor, my service area for practicing Real Estate is the greater Phoenix area.  I specialize in representing buyers or sellers of residential properties including traditionally marketed homes, distressed properties such as Short Sales and Lender Owned, and government owned properties such as HUD homes. I work with clients who are buying or selling their primary residence or those who are looking to acquire investment properties. I also deal with out-of-country clients who are interested in purchasing Phoenix area properties for second homes or investment purposes. 

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I enjoyed a rewarding 24 year career in the Telecommunications industry.  I started my career in Telecommunications as a technical instructor at GTE in Northlake, Illinois and finished it as the VP of Sales at AG Communications Systems (a Lucent Technologies subsidiary) in Phoenix.  As VP of Sales for 6 years, I led and managed a 45 person sales team selling high tech Telecommunications and Data communications products to telecom carriers and private enterprises.  My team and I successfully met sales quotas in excess of $400M annually. The experience I gained in the Telecommunications industry particularly in the areas of customer service, sales & marketing, competitive analysis and contract negotiation is a valuable skill set that benefits all my real estate clients.

My goal as a Realtor is to provide you with the best customer service possible.  I will walk you through all the key steps in the home buying or home selling process to ensure you have the knowledge you need to make the right decisions regarding your real estate transaction. A very important aspect of  selling or buying a home that’s often glossed over by both home sellers and home buyers are the contractual documents use in the transaction.
