We had a beautiful experience buying our first home with Bob Nelson, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us buy a home. He stuck with us every step of the way. Bob has incredible knowledge of the local market and provided us with a market analysis that was simply incredible in the detail included. The market was very competitive, but he helped us make offers that were in our budget but still competitive. I particularly liked that for each house we wanted to make an offer on, he would go to this house to check it out for himself if he wasn't with us for the showing. He was always available.

Bob steered us away from a location that wasn't right for us. As soon as he took us to the area he recommended, we knew it was perfect. He worked with us the entire way and was also the nicest guy. Since we have a dog, his sensitivity to what would work for her made us appreciate him even more.

Bob helped us find and purchase the house of our dreams! This was in a highly competitive market with multiple offers. The home we purchased had multiple offers as well and even though ours was not the highest, Bob made our offer stand out and ours was the one they accepted. I also like the fact that Bob is pet friendly. Very professional and cared about making sure we were happy.
