Mark did a fantastic job with selling my mother’s home. After his initial walk through, he recommended some improvements that would provide a worthwhile return on investment. Once these improvements for completed, based on his market analysis, we listed the home at a reasonable price, one that was both fair to us as a sellers, but also attractive to potential buyers, so that the home wouldn’t potentially sit on the market for months which could be detrimental to the final selling price. The first day that it was on the market we received a two offers, and within the first week we had several offers. We accepted one of those offers and we were able to close in about one month after putting it on the market. We were happy with the final sales price and also happy that it’s sold and closed about as quick as possible. I definitely recommend Mark as a realtor, and wouldn’t hesitate at all to use him again!
