A GAME CHANGER! My wife and I can’t thank Jessie enough for helping us sell our home. After a disastrous failed attempt with a fixed rate company, we reached out to Jessie to see what she could do. Jessie listened to our situation and provided ways that she could make us more successful. As we proceeded through the sale, Jessie really proved her worth when it came to the appraisal. With the previous flat rate realty company, our appraisal came in over 100k below asking! We knew our house was worth more and Jessie proved that with her research and documentation.
