Jessie was the agent for the House we purchased in June, she was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first conversation we had. Every time we went to view a house, she would be so excited, even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. We had a very difficult close, the seller’s realtor was horrible and wouldn’t respond, he made things extremely difficult. We ran into so many challenges and extra expenses along the way with the property we wanted. Our close ended up getting extended 45 days. Throughout this process Jessie became a friend. I couldn’t have gotten through all our problems without her. There was a lot of pressure to move out of our rental so we wouldn’t end up homeless and Jessie took that personal. She escalated every issue and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Jessie was extremely knowledgeable and if she didn’t know the answer, she would find it. She referred Barrett Financial Group for the mortgage broker, and they were also amazing and knowledgeable and answered my calls / text even late in the evening. When we had issues with the seller’s title company that was unresponsive and would have delayed our close by another 2 weeks requesting unnecessary documents, she moved us to her title company Landmark Title Assurance who took over and got us to close within 3 days! All I can say is Wow! She made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying and Jessie was a professional! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker to moving in. Even after we closed, I was still able to reach out to her for recommendations for contractors. I would recommend her to everyone I know!
