            MISSION STATEMENT

To inform and guide people through the process of buying and selling real estate. While always putting the clients needs before my own.

 


 Since 2007, Steven Armstead has been helping families and investors locate and acquire properties in and around Phoenix, Arizona. The philosophy is simple and comes straight from the Arizona administrative real estate code "A licensee owes a fiduciary duty to the client and shall protect and promote the client’s interests. The licensee shall also deal fairly with all other parties to a transaction."

 

 Being fair, honest and putting my clients before my own business is my goal. By focusing on people, I am fortunate to earn repeat business and referrals that keep me and my business moving forward. I have been helping my clients buy and sell real estate for over 10 years in the Valley. I use leverage, market knowledge and experience to fight for my clients to obtain the "Best Deal Possible."

We purchased our first property together with Steven Armstead in July 2011. It was a HUD home with a swimming pool. Steve would come and pick us up to tour multiple properties till we found our home. There was never any rush and he always had time for us. Once in escrow we were well informed and had answers to all our questions. Steve would explain the situation, give us our options and let us make the decisions. When we decided to sell our property we called Steve. 74 days later, we closed with check in hand. We had an offer on the table in 4 days and it came from Steve doing an open house. He negotiated vigorously with the buyers to get us our target selling price. We have now done 3 transaction with Steve and he is our Realtor for life. We would highly recommend Steven Armstead to help you buy or sell your property.

           We Used Steven Armstead as our Realtor to purchase our first home in October of 2012. The process was smooth and trouble free. We toured multiple properties till we found our perfect home. We never felt rushed and Steve always made himself available whenever needed. Our home was a short sale and was more involved than a regular sale. We felt updated and well informed throughout the entire process. The appraisal came in low and Steve negotiated with the bank to get our price lowered by $30k!!. We called Steve “Our Bulldog” because we felt like he fought with the bank for us to get our price down and did not stop till we received our keys. We are very happy with what we paid and Steve for helping us with the biggest purchase of our lives.
