Laveen Village

 Laveen is an "urban village" in Phoenix, Arizona, Situated eight miles Southwest of Downtown Phoenix between South Mountain and the conlfuence of the Gila and Salt  rivers. Although Laveen has been home to "pastoral alfalfa, cotton, and dairy farms" since the 1880s, housing and commercial developments have been increasingly urbanizing the area. Most properties single family homes in Laveen are 4 bedrooms with an average size of  2200 square feet. The average home price is $249k. 

Arrowhead Ranch

 Located in Glendale, Arizona. Arrowhead Ranch is a beautiful community of over 1,700 homes, with sprawling lakes and the 'Legends at Arrowhead' golf course. The community consists of 21 neighborhoods, 10 parks, and a basketball court. The 'Excelling' Legend Springs Elementary school is at the heart of this family oriented community. There is great shopping nearby and plenty of restaurants for all tastes. The city of Glendale is home to the NHL Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Team and the NFL Arizona Cardinals Football Team.

Encanto

 Encanto, the community is located in Central Phoenix. At about 8 square miles, it is the city's smallest urban village by area, and, consequently, one of its densest. The core of the Encanto Village is the Park Central Mall and the Arizon State Fair, on whose fairgrounds the Arizona Veterans Coliseum is located. It was the original home of the Phoenix Suns, the city's NBA franchise. Other points of interest include Encanto Park and Steele Indian School Park. The village includes the city's Midtown and Uptown districts, which, combined with nearby Downtown, make up the largest center of employment in the state of Arizona.

Ardacia

 Arcadia is a neighborhood in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. It is bounded roughly by 44th Street to 68th Street and from Thomas Rd. to Camelback mountain. Arcadia contains well-kept homes on large lots; these homes command relatively high property values (as the neighborhood is adjacent to the upscale suburbs of Paradise Valley, the Biltmore area, Scottsdale and north Phoenix).

Marley Park

Marley Park is a residential development in Surprise, Arizona (in the Phoenix metropolitan area). The development occupies 950 acres, most of the square formed by West Waddell Road, North Reems Road, North Bullard Avenue, and West Cactus Road. It includes a number of small public parks, the biggest being Heritage Park, at 25 acres. Marley Park was developed in May 2005.
