About Me

RESULTS! Not Promises! NO NONSENSE, Straight Forward, Hard Working Associate Broker with over 30 years of experience gets the job done RIGHT! After over 20 years of selling Real Estate in California, I started as a Broker in Arizona in 2002. I  like to work hard and play hard. I have met many friends through my business that were former clients.  They became part of my family. I enjoy them all. I also love living in Southern Arizona, especially Green Valley which has a small town atmosphere and within 20 minutes to Tucson. It's hard not to like 350 days a year of Sunshine.  I give free consultations to specifically help you achieve your personal Real Estate Goals.  So, what are you waiting for?  The prices are still less than most of the country, the interest rates are going up, and we still have great weather.I would love to hear from you. I know of a way to be able to purchase your new home BEFORE you sell your existing home, without a contingency. Then you can fix up and get top dollar for your existing home. Great Program. Call, Text, or Email so I can help you in this crazy market.

Born and raised in the Bronx and Brooklyn, New York, I approached this business as challenging to say the least.  My previous sales, management and marketing background was a natural to apply to Real Estate.  I have a "no nonsense" "straight forward" approach to get the job done right and as soon as possible.  However, I will make sure that you understand every aspect of the transaction as we go through it.

I was originally licensed in 1976 in Southern California.  In 1980 I moved to Sacramento and practiced full time.  I obtained my Brokers license in 1984, then I opened my own firm PROFESSIONAL REALTY.  I was the Commercial Chair for the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and I was also President and Vice President numerous times, running the Sacramento Real Estate Exchange Group for eight years.  I moved to Green Valley in August 1995 venturing with a client who started two different subdivisions here.  I obtained my Arizona Brokers license in January 2002, and have been back in the market since then.  I have been a Director for the Green Valley/Sahuarita Association of Realtors for two three year terms, as well as a member of the State and National Associations. I was also President of  Valley Business Networkers, a marketing group in Green Valley/Sahuarita.

I enjoy cooking, traveling, and golf.  I work hard for my clients, and it shows by lots of them being very good friends way after the fact.  After all these years in the business, the most rewarding thing for me is closing a transaction with a first time home buyer.

I try to take the stress out of your transaction, and have fun with it at the same time.  All of my work involves consulting with "you", the client,  before I start to go to work for you, so we are always on the same page together.
