Our experience with Stu has been buying a home (twice). Stu was very patient in helping us find a home that was both in our price range and included our necessary amenities. We first met Stu in 1993. Stu became aware that we had placed a deposit of $1,000 with a builder who went bankrupt and was not returning our deposit. He (Stu) aided in our recovery of the deposit. He then displayed great patience in showing numerous homes to us until we found the perfect place for our needs.
