Welcome

Hi, and thanks for stopping by.  In my 40 years of sales experience, I have learned that any transaction should be more on a personal level.  So if I may, I would like to start by telling you a little about myself.

I came to Tucson in the winter of 2005 from Northern Canada in the middle of a snow storm.  Yes, I do know how to down hill snow ski and yes, I did play hockeyPups before moving to Tucson.  Some of my favorite hobbies are walking my pups, jogging, hiking in the mountains, photography, riding my motorcycle, and of course trying new restaurants.  I have had pictures published in tourism magazines and have made a couple coffee table books with Bikemy photographs.  For the past year and a half I have been the Director of the Tucson Harley Owners Group.  Just recently I had the opportunity to compete in a Old West Quick Draw competition.  My fastest time was .78 of a second.  That is to draw, pull the hammer back, fire and hit a target down range using a clone of the old west revolvers.  Those are just some of the Sunsethighlights from my hobbies and interests.

Prior to becoming a realtor in 2018, I had the opportunity to be involved in a few different endeavors.  Within the automotive industry I held various positions such as sales associate, sales manager, finance manager and service manager.  I was also an instructor for Harley Davidson, teaching people how to ride motorcycles and refresh experienced rider skills. Having a keen interest in jewelry since a very young age, it was natural to get into that industry.  My first job was as a sales associate, which eventually led into learning repairs, custom designing and manufacturing, as well as being a sales manager for a large chain of stores.  That is when I made the decision to go to school and become a Graduate Gemologist.  I operated a jewelry appraisal business for many years, and even did appraisals for jewelry stores.

I took the real estate classes on weekends while I was working full time because it was of interest.  After talking to so many of my friends and family, they all said it would be a good fit for me.  It is a very interesting and enjoyable career.  Like I mentioned above, I feel all interactions should be a personal experience.  That means I will work very closely with you every step of the way.  From some ideas on how to prepare your home, helping you find financing if needed, helping you find contractors to do work if needed, to sitting down with you in escrow when completing your paperwork.  Keeping you informed every step of the way, and even letting you know of "what if" scenarios, and trust me, they will come up.

If you would like to know more about me, and how I can help with any of your real estate needs, do not hesitate to contact me.  There will be no pressure or obligation.

Again, thanks for stopping by.
