I would highly recommend Maria. She was extremely helpful from start to finish with this sale. She took the time to explain everything at the start of the process plus the time frame involved with each step. Then as we moved through the process she took the time to re-emphasize the time frame involved and answer any questions that we had involving the different forms. She got outside bids for work that needed to be done and had contacts she could recommend. She explained the pros and cons of doing things different ways which helped us in our decision making. She helped to keep the stress level down and made us feel confident with our choices.
