About Me

RESULTS! Not Promises! NO NONSENSE, straight forward, hard working Associate Broker with over 35 years experience gets the job done RIGHT! After over 20 years of selling Real Estate in California, I restarted my Real Estate Career as a Broker in Arizona at the beginning of 2002.

I give free consultations to specifically help you achieve your personal Real Estate goals.

Born and raised in the Bronx and Brooklyn New York, I approached this business as challenging to say the least. My previous sales, management and marketing background was a natural to apply to Real estate. I have a "No Nonsense", straightforward approach to get the job done right and as soon as possible, keeping you abreast of every move and aspect of the transaction.

I was originally licensed in 1976 in Southern California.  In 1980 I moved to Sacramento where I started practicing full time. I obtained my Brokers license in 1984 when I opened my own Brokerage Company Professional Realty.

I was the Commercial Chair for the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and I was President and Vice Preident numerous times of the Sacramento Real Estate Exchange Group running the meetings every Friday for eight years. I moved to Green Valley in 1995 venturing with a good client who started two subdivisions here. I obtained my Arizona Brokers license in 2002, and have been back in the business since.  I have been a Director for the Green Valley/Sahuarita  Association of Realtors for two three year terms, as well as a member of the State and National Associations. I was also President of Valley Business Networkers, a marketing group in Green Valley/Sahuarita.

I enjoy cooking, traveling, and golf when I can.  Most of my previous clients have become good friends over the years. I try to take the stress out of your transaction, and have fun with it at the same time. All of my work involves consulting with "you" the client  before I start to go to work for you, so we are always on the same page together.
