This Labor Day will mark Green Valley as my home for the last 28 years. I have seen tremendous growth, not only in Green Valley, but also in Sahuarita, our sister city to the north. However, some things just don’t change. The small town feeling, friendliness, people still watching out for their neighbors and always lending a helping hand. It’s also the safest, cleanest and quietest place I’ve ever lived. My 28 years here have served me well and I have had the opportunity to explore the area and surrounding areas. I’d be happy to share my knowledge of what I have discovered and experienced. We’re located about 20 miles south of Tucson and 40 miles north of the Mexican border. Although Real Estate prices have increased over the last few years, we are still very affordable as compared to most markets in the country. If you are interested in the area, feel free to reach out to me! Thanks for reading.

The current inventory is still very low, so you may think of other options when looking to purchase a home. When buying a newly constructed home the Builder does not represent you. This will be posted at the office location. The price is always negotiable whether you are represented or not, but having representation can give you more negotiation strength, interpret the contract, and help in the design center and other questions you might have. This can all be overwhelming. So, contact your best Realtor to represent you BEFORE you go shopping for that new home. Your Real Estate Agent must register you at your FIRST visit to the office. I also strongly suggest you have inspections done during the construction or at least one after the final. If you choose me to represent you, I will pay for up to two inspections, one after framing, and one after final. You’d be surprised at what these inspectors sometimes find. So, with that

Wouldn’t that be nice? Take the stress out of competing to buy, then not worry about the timeframe to sell?
There’s a new program out there that allows you to do just that, and eliminates the contingency of selling your CURRENT RESIDENCE when making an offer on your new house, so your offer will be much stronger!
AFTER YOU MOVE INTO YOUR NEW HOUSE, THEY’LL LEND YOU UP TO $25,000 TO FIX UP YOUR CURRENT RESIDENCE, TO GET THE BEST PRICE FOR IT.
I know this sounds too good to be true, but it’s real. There are some costs, and some guidelines, that we should be able to live with.
Call, Text, or Email so we can discuss further.
Thanks for reading.
