Wayne Puglisi is an Associate Real Estate Broker/Realtor at HomeSmart – Valley Solutions Team and owner of Puglisi Properties, LLC. He started his real estate career in Colorado at Keller Williams Preferred Realty in Westminster, CO in 2014. He most recently worked for HomeSmart Cherry Creek Properties. He also worked for Your Castle Real Estate in Denver. He is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in both Arizona and Colorado.

Prior to his Real Estate career, Mr. Puglisi was a Senior Director at SK Hynix Memory Solutions.    Mr. Puglisi has held various Executive Sales Management positions at leading Storage and Semiconductor Companies such as LSI, Agere, Lucent and Adaptec. Prior to joining Link-A-Media, Wayne was Director of Storage Sales at LSI with World Wide Responsibility for Sales and Marketing. At Agere and Lucent, he was the Storage Sales Director for North America . He held various Sales Management positions at Adaptec before heading Adaptec’s Longmont Site.  Mr. Puglisi holds a BSJ degree in Public Relations with a minor in Management and Marketing from the University of Florida.

In Colorado I focus on Metro Denver; including Westminster, Broomfield, Boulder, Denver, Longmont, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Arvada, Lakewood and Northglenn.
