My name is Channing Pennell, and I am here to help you find the home of your dreams!

I have been in sales for almost 15 years, first retail, then technology sales. I have plenty of experience working with clients one on one to find what they're looking for! I have been on all sides; buying, selling and renting homes. I know how tough it can be without the right guidance. I pride myself on being a down to earth, transparent, honest and candid realtor, and will do what I can to fight for what you want!

In my free time, I like to spend time with my boyfriend, my 6 year old daughter, and our 2 dogs and cat.
