Real Estate is a challenge and luckily I love a challenge! I also enjoy being able to help others, so being a Realtor is the perfect way to do both. I have seen many different trends come and go and what is interesting is that just like fashion the trends can come back around.
I understand that both a Seller and Buyer’s major focus is keeping as much money in their pocket as possible. For me, my ultimate goal is to provide results and build trust with whoever I am representing. I want it to be evident that my focus is what is in their best interest. There are plenty of roadblocks that can occur during a transaction so having the client know they can trust me is important.
I continually take classes and strive to stay fresh, relevant and am always looking for ways to give Sellers and Buyer the edge when representing their interest in a transaction.
Over the years I have learned something from nearly every transaction and seen many different trends and industry changes. I have invested a lot of time and money in obtaining extra skills that will add value and benefit my clients directly. Some of these include being a certified stager, Master certified negotiator, Accredited Buyers Agent, Certified distressed expert as well as earning my GRI. The GRI is a NAR designation which is earned by taking a minimum of 60 hours in a specific series of classes that provide in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. I moved to the area as a young girl and have had years of being in the east valley and watching the change and growth of the area.
Buying or Selling a home may be the single largest transaction that we do in our adult lives. Being chosen to represent a client is an honor that I appreciate and give my all to.
