Thank you for joining me in Share the Love, a campaign for the homeless and needy or whatever cause you choose. I'm not exactly sure why the homeless and needy hit me so hard, but they do. When I go outside late at night, and it's cold out I think of the homeless and quickly get an uneasy feeling knowing there are people out there who are cold, wet, and hungry. While it's true many of them do it to themselves and continue with drugs and life on the streets, many of them suffer from mental illnesses and have lost hope. I know $5 won't solve everything, but it's an easy way to share the love and bring a smile to a face even if it's just for a little while. Thank you for participating with me. Post a comment below to let me how you shared the love, the $5 I mailed you :)

What a thoughtful idea, Georgy. I shared by giving to my son's baseball team. Just so happened they are having a fundraiser. Thank you!!!

2/20/2017 19:49Thank you for giving us an extra nudge to donate to a greater cause than ourselves, Georgy! This is inspiring and came at the perfect time. We came across a story shared online on Facebook as well as the local news that tugged at our heart strings. A mother of a little boy who is battling leukemia for the second time shared a REAL photo of how things are going under chemotherapy treatments. This picture is worth a thousand words. As you may remember this hits close to home for us as Shane is recovering from a bone marrow transplant due to an aggressive leukemia type. We are always able to relate to leukemia patients and can't image how difficult this can be for such a young boy and his family. We were more than happy to donate. Thanks for the nudge and wonderful encouragement! You are doing great things with this nice program.
