I represent clients in the sale and purchase of residential property in the greater Phoenix area, with a particular knowledge of housing, amenities and schools in the uptown Phoenix corridor, comprised mainly of 85012, 85013, 85020 and 85021 zip codes. In addition, I serve the midtown and downtown markets in residential high rises, including the historic Phoenix Towers cooperative, mainly in 85003 and 85004 zip codes. My experience includes probate, cooperatives, bank-owned/REOs, converted use property and developer assemblages.
Yours truly is a native Arizonan, growing up in the Palmer Estates neighborhood, and currently residing in the north Orangewood area. My educational journey came by way of Brophy College Prep, Santa Clara University (B.A.) and the University of Arizona (J.D.). My professional background is in estate planning, healthcare business administration, and software development.
