Wisconsin born and raised, I later attended the University of Minnesota, where I pursued degrees in Interior Architecture and Communication Studies. After college, I made my way South and found myself in Phoenix where I got my first taste of the real estate by helping create a profitable portfolio of over 60 residential rental properties in Arizona and California. I helped to make it happen by sourcing the properties, acquisition, doing affordable remodels, renting them, and managing them as well. In the process of doing these homes, I expanded into flipping houses and that brings me to where I am today. In the last five years, I've flipped and designed over 50 homes with resale prices ranging from $100k - $1.8m. I've got a fantastic team and couldn't do it without them because together, we turn houses into homes.
In the process of all of this experience, I became a Realtor myself. As a seller's agent, I'm an asset to you because I can help design your home to sell. We see our own homes differently then buyers do, therefore it's important to make those simple changes that will help make your home stand out amongst the rest. Typically sellers don't want to put money into a home that they are selling, but when that small investment gets a full return and then some - It makes sense. Not only that, but so many people try to sell their homes vacant and typically this works against them. I stage homes as part of the commission structure so that every house feels like a home. My staging creates an emotional connection with buyers that allows them to imagine themselves living there and as a result - Creates offers. Homes are usually sold "online" because buyers spend hours looking at photos before they actually get in the car to see it in person.
