Because challenging times arise for people at various points in their lives, Bobby makes himself available as a Special Real Estate Commissioner to the bankruptcy and family superior courts. Serving in this capacity, he works with the Valley’s top lawyers on behalf of their clients to list and sell homes and facilitate resolving the legal issues associated with these assets. During his career, Bobby has been involved with more than 325 court ordered home sales.
He is also well-versed in representing sellers through the short-sale process and working with banks in REO/Bank Owned Sales. While the process can be arduous and complicated for a buyer or seller, Bobby’s familiarity with its nuances make him an invaluable resource. On average, Bobby has approximately 75 sales for banks each year. However, with the economic downturn these sales became more prevalent which resulted in more than 110 bank owned home sales in 2012 and 126 sales in 2013.
