Serving in this capacity, he works with the Valley’s top lawyers on behalf of their clients to list and sell homes and facilitate resolving the legal issues associated with these assets. During his career, Bobby has been involved with more than 325 court ordered home sales.
He is also well-versed in representing sellers through the short-sale process and working with banks in REO/Bank Owned Sales. On average, Bobby has approximately 75 sales for banks each year. However, with the economic downturn these sales became more prevalent which resulted in more than 110 bank owned home sales in 2012 and 126 sales in 2013.
