I have been a licensed Realtor/Associate Broker for more than 26 years specializing in North Central Phoenix, which offers homes in a wide variety of values. I was fortunate to sell 118 homes in 2018, 48 of which sold for less than $500,000 and 32 homes that ranged from $57,000 to $400,000. There are many luxury homes in the area as well that are valued at more than $750,000. We were fortunate to sell 27 of these homes in 2018 and we also sold 10 homes last year for more than $1,000,000, including one home for more than $3 million.
As I mentioned in December, our sale at 6755 N. Central sold for $2.28 million, which was an all-time record at $458 per square foot! I wanted to focus this month's article on our evergrowing luxury market. I feel my advantage in selling here for more than 26 years is that I know our area values well, as I have seen all the high-end homes that have sold the past few years.
My primary focus is the North Central area, where I market our listings every month with three full pages in The North Central News and send postcards promoting our listings. Additionally, I am a big believer in social media. We post our listings on social medial sites and internet sites that we feel are effective. We also hire professional photographers. Another great marketing tool we use is having the property on the North Central Realtor Tour, which is great exposure for the property.
