Elite Group members must meet criteria, including being a full-time residential real estate agent for a minimum of five years; having at least 50 sales in the last five years; and making at least $3M in annual sales for a minimum of five years.

A Community with a Heart

Bobby is committed to maintaining an open rapport with all Elite Group agents. Hearing about their lives led him to commit time and resources to establishing a charitable arm that helps HomeSmart agents during times of need, called We Care HomeSmart.

The Elite Group kicked-off support for We Care at the September 2014 meeting. The event featured an Elite Group agent who shared his recent experience dealing with a life-threatening situation that impacted his family. An attack left his wife severely injured, giving Bobby an idea to create a way for HomeSmart agents to help one another during difficult times. The Elite Group responded with a combined initial contribution of nearly $4k to We Care HomeSmart.
