I've been in Real Estate for over 30 Years - good times and bad.  But I never expected to be dealing with a pandemic and talking with clients by Zoom.  But the market is never static and I share with my customers and clients what I see changing with an honest assessment of now and the future.  Trust is an essential componet in my business.  

I grew up in the Valley since I was 9.  I loved horses then & I still do.  His name is BINX.  You might see me riding him in The Preserve or even in the neighborhood. He loves children and automatically stops when he sees them coming!

 I was a high school teacher.  Then worked in the cosmetic, fashion industry as an acct. executive for 15 years.  Eventually, I joined my    husband in Real Estate and we worked as a team  for  18 years. Since then, I have found a greater  freedom  in my own personalized customer service  business.    Whether it is easing the difficulty of a  seller going  a distressed sale or  helping a first  time home buyer make a decision,  this field can be    demanding, emotional yet  rewarding.  As with most   endeavors, persistence  pays off.  I have SOLD over   $200 Million in the Peak and Central Phoenix Areas to over 500 families, so far. I have received the HomeSmart Diamond Club Award for Top Producers several times.  It felt wonderful to achieve that recognition after struggling through the years of the recession.

With all the changes that have taken place in Real Estate! I work hard to keep up with it all. Staying current with technology and market trends is very important.  

I also work with many seniors.  When a neighbor is ready to move after living in their home for many decades – I am ready to provide the most convenient options to make your move. I have a team of experts that can help you every step of the way for downsizing.
