I'm a native Arizonan, raised in Phoenix and a graduate of ASU. I been a licensed Realtor since 2005 starting with Prudential, a short time with West USA and in 2007 joined Homesmart. In addition to my time as a Realtor I also spent 20 years as a letter carrier with the US Postal Service. Being an native has it's advantages as I have an extensive knowledge of the metro-Phoenix area which is helpful in finding the right properties for buyers and helping seller's get the highest dollar from the sale of their properties. I also am Bi-lingual and can help those Spanish speaking clients including finding homes for DACA recipients. I am an experienced negotiator for both buyers and sellers in representing their best interests as they either are buying or selling the most important asset they will ever own.
