Warmest greetings, my name is Cathi Pospisil, pronounced    “Pos-pi-sil”.   I am a 35 year career Real Estate Broker with National & International Residential real estate Sales experience.     For over 3-decades, in good years and recessions, I have personally facilitated home Buyers & Sellers in Arizona, Colorado and Mexico since 1988.  This includes luxury, golf course, new build, resale, resort and hardship properties of all kinds.  I think this gives me “an advantage” when it comes to managing your transaction better than most!  Prescott is my home and I would be honored to share my life’s work & success with YOU!

SOME HISTORY:   It is amazing how technology & The Internet has transformed our business.  I recall when access to "active" listings was via a printed MLS book distributed every 2-weeks to REALTORS ONLY.  Agents would be disappointed to find, half the inventory was already "pending under-contract" before they could sell something “just listed.”  This was also before the FAX, digital photos, world wide Internet, UTube, FB, and drones were all invented.

ABOUT ME:  Originally a 4th generation native of Southern California, my great grandfather was one of the early oil drillers in Long Beach.   My father was self-employed in sales and mom was a domestic angel.  Being one of 6 kids, I learned at an early age "how to earn things myself" and became an entrepreneur.  At 17, I owned and operated two Jack LaLanne nutrition centers, servicing better health & fitness needs.  I found being self-employed, made me very aware of what it meant, to be a "good employee" and became one who could really listen to another person's goals & help guide them in the process!                                          

 In 1985 I moved from Orange County, CA to Aspen, CO!   I enjoyed pristine snowboarding, skiing... and selling Pitkin County luxury ski vacation & resort homes for 17 years.     

In 2000 I served as President of the Aspen Board of REALTORS and was a Past Director of the Colorado Assn of REALTORS.   I loved the snow sports and active Mt  lifestyle... but after 17 Rocky Mt winters, I was ready for a warm beach.   

In 2003, I accepted a new RE assignment with Playground Destination Resorts a subsidiary of Intrawest, on location in Punta Mita, Nayarit, Mexico.  See: (http://www.stregispuntamita.com/)

Punta Mita was the most northern penninsula, about 45 minutes NW of Puerto Vallarta on the Pacific, where I was positioned to sell a brand new hotel & beachfront casitas... following that location, I moved to Los Cabos, to represent "The Auberge Resort at Esperanza". Just a few miles east of the marina in Punta Ballena, on the Sea of Cortez. (www.esperanzaresort.com) ... The surfing, sportfishing,  ocean-golf, Mexican food, music and warm culture were awesome... but it was time, I return to the US.    

In Oct 2004 I moved to Prescott, AZ... truly one of the best year round climates in AZ and a great quality of life. Prescott is such a charming, historic community with  a lifestyle package that is tough to beat anywhere in the US, for weather, cost of living, natural beauty and friendly people.
