Real Estate is a huge passion of mine. Prior to joining the real estate world, I worked in the banking industry for 11 years. I truly enjoyed the customer aspect of the banking industry and had a lot of great clients that I worked with. When I decided to leave the banking industry, I knew in my heart I needed something that would provide me with the same fulfilling customer interaction I was leaving behind and real estate was the answer. The real estate world has allowed me to continue to not only meet new people and build great relationships with my clients, but also have my friends become my clients as well.
I specialize in residential real estate throughout the east valley. My primary focus areas include; Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Mesa, Tempe, Maricopa and Phoenix. I have lived in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area for the last 13 years and have truly enjoyed the community that we have become. I enjoy taking my family to the community events, watching my children participate in our local sports leagues, and supporting our local businesses. I also am very familiar with Ahwatukee and the surrounding areas. My entire childhood and early adulthood I lived in Ahwatukee. Even though, these areas are my primary focus, I also have enjoyed working with clients in other areas of town as well.
On a more personal note; I am a mother and wife with two beautiful children and a loving husband. I enjoy taking family vacations and love to sight see. I am actively involved in my children's after school activities and sports. I also volunteer on the PTO at my children's schools. In addition, my husband and I own a successful residential and commercial painting company, Chad & Son Painting, Inc. and Home Improvements.
