My wife and I were nearing the end of our lease and decided it was time to buy a house. We had about 6 weeks until we needed to close, and we quickly realized we were not prepared to do it on our own. Where Diane truly shines is her work ethic. She is available anytime day or night for any reason. She answers her phone when you call. She returns emails and texts quickly. She works around your schedule. We saw first hand how she worked with, (or sometimes around) a less motivated seller’s agent. She showed up for the inspection and came with us to closing. She calmed us when we became frazzled. She came to the house with us for the first time after signing, and was the first to congratulate us on our new home. She even hooked us up with people to do work on the house before we moved. She made it feel as though she was only working for us.

All considered, I cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience working with Diane. She was (and is) our home buying security blanket. I would not buy or sell again without her!
