  • If the security system in the home is paid for; it is typically included in the purchase contract of the house. Your REALTOR® should state otherwise within the listing if you desire to keep it.

 

  • To advoid any snags, ask your REALTOR® to make sure the exact model of appliances that are staying with the house purchase are wriitten in the listing.
