Cactus Corridor

A very popular section of Scottsdale known for larger lots, many of which have no HOA.  The Cactus Corridor is popular with homeowners that have boats, RV's and even horses that they like to have at their home!  Houses range from modest in size and price to multi-million dollar estates!  About half of the Cactus Corridor is actually in the city of Phoenix but it still has a Scottsdale address.

McCormick Ranch

McCormick Ranch is a beautiful, mature area in Scottsdale that runs very close to the greenbelt and is lined with great bike paths and lush landscaping everywhere!  At one time it was considered "north" Scottsdale but now it is very centrally located in the city.

Las Sendas

Las Sendas is focused around the amazing Las Sendas Golf Course.  Homes can range from the millions down to homes that are perfect for first-time home buyers!

Arcadia

Arcadia is one of Phoenix's premier addresses.  Long known for it's huge lots, beautiful homes and incredible neighborhood feel, Arcadia has always been on the short list of most saught after places to live here in the Valley.  Homes in Arcadia proper start around $1million.

Warner Ranch

Located on the Tempe/Chandler border Warner Ranch is a perfectly planned community with bike paths, community pools and more.  Close to great shopping, freeways and much more, Warner Ranch is an incredibly popular neighborhood in the southern part of Tempe!
