I came to Scottsdale for 5 days to look for a condo as a second home. Wasn't sure I would find one in that time frame but with Sara Krueger's dedication to my wishes, she showed me several areas and took the time with me that I needed. Thought I wanted/needed a condo but ended up with a patio home that needed work even though it was just 4 years old. I had to go back to my job in Wisconsin - could not attend the inspection, get 22 defective windows replaced, shudders ordered, etc. No problem - it was called Sara Krueger to the rescue. With her help and lots of her time, all was accomplished without a hitch - even the remote closing that took place 1 month after accepted offer. Thanks to Sara, I now have my second home that is soon to become my primary. Without her help - and there was LOTS of it - I would not be able to realize my dream of living full time in the spectacular Sonoran Desert in North Scottsdale. YIPPEE!!!

We were looking for a house for a couple years before we met Sara. We had worked with several different realtors. What we were looking for was very specific and we were struggling with finding our home. Sara was very different from the other realtors as she really listened to what we wanted. She did the leg work. She worked hard sending letters, making contact with other realtors and weeded through all the listings before she sent us lists.
