She is very detail-oriented and spends a lot of time researching to ensure you get accurate comps and can make the best decision possible. She is always willing to offer advice if you are unsure of the next best step, but never pressures you into doing something you're not comfortable with. She helped us navigate through selling a home during Covid times, including bringing supplies such as gloves, sanitizer, etc so that we and the potential buyers felt comfortable. She is very responsive and available, and follows through on everything, and overall decreases the stress of selling a house.

I started working with Lisa in 2017 and have purchased 2 homes with her support. In both instances, we toured many and found 1 home we loved. I was pre-approved, but competing against multiple offers in both situations, and my below asking offer was accepted first time.
