Warner Ranch is a border subdivision consisting of two areas and timeframes the homes were built. The Tempe side homes were built in the mid 1980's and there is a community pool in many of the different subdivisions there. The other homes were built on the Chandler side and those went up in the mid 1990's.
Typically you get more home for the price on the Chandler side! Why is that?
Tempe was built out years ago and the demand is high due to proximity to ASU/Scottsdale and the airport.
Chandler was built because people wanted newer homes and the amenities that go with them. Warner Ranch Chandler is across the street on the south side of Ray road. Both sides feature UDC homes and many different models with vaulted ceilings. The 85226 zip code is in the Kyrene School district which is an A+ school rating. The area is 15 minutes to Sky Harbor airport, Scottsdale, Malls, Golf courses, all types of restaurants, fine dining, pools, hiking/biking/mountains and shopping.
