Joe was an above standard realtor. We had talked with a couple and felt as if we were not important. Joe started speaking with us in NC and once we got here he made every effort to find us a house. We looked at a couple which gave him more idea of what we wanted, once that was done he jumped in. He started researching houses sending them to us to look at online, then set up times for us to see them.
