Finding your dream home should be an enjoyable effort.

Did you know that Arcadia just turned 100 years old in 2015?  She's looking good!  When I was born in Arcadia we used to play in the orange groves and my oldest brother used to water ski on the canals by being pulled by a car. Those things have changed (Thank G*d)

It is still a very front porch community, kind of a bubble type district that is known for its flood irrigation, citrus and pencan trees and friendliness.

Step two is the really fun part, we make  alist of what you are looking for in a home and we set sail to find that beautiful home. Keep in mind that there will be important details for me to keep you abreast of such as the days on market, the number of 'adjustments' the seller made during that time and the comparables that either support the 'asking price' or appear more like someone just 'testing the market' so your valuable time remains unwasted.
