Good Day! My partner and I wanted you to know what an absolute joy it has been working with Bobby Denke as our realtor and friend. Between us we have had some really lousy luck with realtors. In June, 2014 we signed with a realtor who was never interested in the house and showed it twice. We wanted to sell and move on so we cancelled his contract. We did a great job of updating, painting, fixing up and staging the house to make it feel warm and appealing. After all that hard work we decided to interview realtors before we decided on one and then review our expectations with him. We chose 5, and actually Keller Williams was an after thought having called and didn't get a call back. But the day before the interviews Bobby called us and we added him as the first person on our list. He TOTALLY blew us away with his preparation, presentation and professionalism. (He wore a white shirt and tie, the remainder of the realtors showed up as if they after getting done with us they were going to go to a picnic--astounding we would turn over the most expensive thing we owned to people who couldn't respect us enough to dress for the meeting). He also included my partner Scott in the discussion, answered his questions and looked us both in the eye. That was a huge plus for us, since he was (again) the only realtor to do so. Bobby came in just full of energy and enthusiasm. We walked through the house, and he made several comments and observations. He definitely turned on the warm fuzzy. He had a presentation of our house including really good information on price per square footage and comps. He was the only realtor to bring a presentation (in 2015 this should be a given!). In addition to that, once we signed with him, he made outstanding videos, creative pictures which added greatly encouraging interest in Our beautiful home (this is how Bobby always referred to our home - a small but important detail). He held open house after open house, made sure he personally was there when other realtors showed the property. We felt this was important because Bobby is a rare salesman and brings enthusiasm and outside the box thinking that ultimately brings sales. He is an outstanding representative for your company. He held fast on our price, and we got much more than any of the other realtors said we would. He persevered, held our hand and talked us through things. We received an offer from a family in Europe, which presented its own set of problems, he had to throw the gauntlet down and we agreed. It was a real anxiety producing gamble, but it worked! And three weeks after, we sit, closing over, money in the bank and Bobby helping us to build a new home. Bobby Deneke is a man of his word, he is honest, doesn't make promises he can't deliver on. He is always professional walking us through every step. He answered countless questions patiently. He was always a gentleman, was kind, and considerate . He really had our interests at heart. He was there for the inspection, found people to repair things where we had no idea to start. He went with each repair man so they would know exactly what to do, and no more. Bobby is the kind of man you want to be friends with even if you had no professional relationship with him. We highly and without reservation recommend and commend Bobby Deneke for going above and beyond the call of duty as a Realtor, We are also proud to call him our friend. My name is Ray Adams and my father passed away in 2017. As my father’s Executor, I was given the responsibility of managing and selling his house located in Phoenix.
