Who am I?

Being in the residential real estate trenches for almost 20-years, plus being in commercial construction, I have a wide-breadth of experience and knowledge to understand and explain contract terms and conditions and successfully negotiate deals for a win-win! I have represented both buyers and sellers in a plethora of transactions in Arizona since 1998.  In 2005-2007 I received the highest Award for achievement as a multi-million dollar producer.   I am passionate about assisting clients as a residential real estate professional and have knowledge in construction which provides for a greater experience for buyers and sellers.  

I focus my business primarily in North Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek, AZ, although I work throughout the entire Valley and know it well since I've lived in Arizona since 1973.  

I was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa, have strong midwest core values.  I have followed in my family footsteps having a respected background of honesty and hard work ethic.   I am detail oriented, sometimes to a fault, and am known to be a workaholic.  

Prior to my real estate career, I worked in a corporate environment, primarly in construction contracts and project management, both domestic/International EPC and general contracting was the backbone for my success. My negotiation talents were proven successful year over year.  I also served as a legal liason for construction delay claims, dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration.
