- We are on track for 20% Less Home Sales this month vs last month
- We are on track for 14% Less Homes Under Contract this month vs Last Month
- Year over Year Percent change in Housing Supply has increased 156%
- March 16th was the low point of housing supply, at 4,367 active listings without a contract. Supply has increased 318% within Phoenix since that date.
