The MoveUP AZ Team of HomeSmart presents our ongoing Homes4Everyday Heroes program for Teachers, Police Officers, Firefighters, EMT's, Nurses, Veterans and Active Military. When a client enrolls in this program our team will credit up to 1/2% (0.50% or 0.005) of the final purchase price towards their closing costs when they buy or sell a home using the services of The MoveUP AZ Team.

The Homes4Everyday Heroes program overview*:

• The MoveUP AZ Team will contribute up to 1/2% (0.50% or 0.005) of the property purchase price towards your closing costs (paid at closing), with a minimum of a $50,000 purchase price requirement.
• Participating lenders and title companies will offer special discounts for heroes like you when you buy or sell a home through this program (Not all lenders or title companies will participate). 
• After closing, we will donate $25 to an approved charity of your choice.

*Rules & restrictions do apply. Maximum credit paid by The MoveUP AZ Team will be 1/2% (0.50% or 0.005) of the final purchase price or $2000, whichever is less with a total maximum credit paid towards client’s costs within any 12 month period of $2000. Only 1 credit per transaction. Credit is based upon representing agent’s earned commission of 3% of the purchase price and may be reduced on transactions that are lower than that 3% co-broke. Not applicable towards leases. Charitable donation made after closing will be made in the name of MoveUp AZ or its members, not the client’s. Program subject to change at any time.
