Property Notice of Valuation

Property owners recently received their "Property Notice of Valuation" from the Maricopa County Assessor's office. Please make sure that if it is your primary residence, the Legal Class should be "3". This is important as you will pay less taxes as a primary owner.
If you are renting out your property, it must be classified as a class "4". It is very very critical to be properly classified! The penalty for failure to proper register the class if $150/day.
