Hidden Hills

Hidden Hills Homes for saleHidden Hills is a mountainside enclave in the Via Linda Corridor located east of 136th Street and abutting the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. This community consists of high quality semi-custom and custom homes constructed by Golden Heritage. There are a variety of floor plans in the semi-custom group and many of the homes have casitas and/or courtyards and range from about 2200 to 3800 square feet. The custom homes can be substantially larger. It is a community of winding, hillside streets and consists of ungated, gated and double gated areas. The natural contours of the land provide incredible mountain and city views.

The theme of Hidden Hills is natural desert and the community compliments the McDowell Mountains in which it is nestled. You won’t find any palm trees in Hidden Hills, but you will find lots of nature and its inhabitants. It is a haven for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. The eastern most trail head of Scottsdale’s McDowell Mountain Preserve, Sunrise Trail head, is located at the end of Via Linda and at the center of the community. Starting here it is possible to hike all the way to the Tonto National Forest and beyond or use hundreds of miles of well-maintained trails.

In keeping with its natural theme, Hidden Hills is a “dark sky” community. Its low light regulations help create conditions perfect for star gazing to take advantage of Arizona’s many clear nights. There are no centralized sports or community social facilities in Hidden Hills, and therefore the monthly HOA fee is low.
