My wife and I having decided to move from the Seattle area to an Arizona 55+ community, I had only two days to go house-hunting and had to make the most of my time. Jan did the prep work and met me armed with an itinerary of about a dozen homes in our two target communities, Sun City Grand and Arizona Traditions, both in Surprise. She was great to work with- engaging personality, organized, extremely knowledgeable- and made what might have been a stressful trip enjoyable. And very productive: We found a beautiful home, Jan expertly conducted the negotiation, and we closed barely six weeks after my visit! It was a real pleasure working with Jan and we couldn't be happier with our Grand home.
