Why Do People Live here?
Homes around Dwight Park are conveniently located just 4 miles from of Downtown Tempe, and about 2.5 miles to Phoenix SkyHarbor Airport (not on the plane flight path). Homes for every life style can be found here - condos, duplexes, multiplexes, single family homes, and even some vacant land where brand new condos will be built. It's not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing soccer or basketball in the park of this quaint little oasis. It's far enough from the main hustle and bustle of the city that residents don't feel like the urban center of Tempe is knocking on their door.
