It's not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing soccer or basketball in the park of this quaint little oasis. What's the Neighborhood Like?

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Dwight Park Neighborhood are generally going to range between 800 and 2800 square feet. Some of the homes (e.g. Laguna estates) were originally built  back in the late 1960's. The last set of homes (Casa Fiesta) in this neighborhood were built in 1998. Since then, many of the homes have had updates.  The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with two- bedroom condos while the larger floor plans have a four-five bedroom layout with some models putting the master bedroom on the main floor. Lots range between 1/8 acre to an acre so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunrises or sunsets.

Dwight Park is located in the Central part of the city. There is an emergency and maternity hospital less than 3 miles from the neighborhood as well as just about every kind of conceivable shopping and entertainment within walking or biking distance. The Arizona Mills indoor outlet mall is just down the street (along Manhatton Dr./Priest Dr) and has everything from a Gap and Eddie Bauer Outlet to a Rainforest coffee shop. Along Southern Ave. are the Tempe Public Library, the wonderful Spirit of Yoga Studio and Natural Cosmetics Institute (SWINA). Nearby Whole Foods and Sprouts stores offer organic produce; HoneyMoon Sweets Bakery is always a delight.
