Had a very good experience with David successfully sold a house while I was out of the country it was a very smooth process. All paperwork was conducted electrically.

Our house buying was a crazy experience. because of the health of my Mom. We had ups and downs the entire way due to her demensia. I don't know if anyone could have handled Mom any better than David and Jane. She doesn't like many people but loved David. Im so very grateful David was in my corner and believe with his help and knowledge of the area....my husband and I "stole" our property and found a perfect place for my Mom.

Wonderful service. I would recommend David and Jane if you are looking for help. I am going to use them again in the future. They offer the best deal in town for sellers. We talked a couple of times on the phone and they handled the rest. I didn't worry for one minute.

David and Jane have been incredibly helpful with our home search. we love going to Arizona especially looking at homes in Paradise Valley the last three times and yet still haven't found our perfect home. David Blank knows the Phoenix market extremely well. It was comforting to know David and Jane were always there to handle all aspects of the process, as I could not be there. They oversaw , staging, listing on all the latest online resources. Every detail was as worry free as I could have hoped withDavid and Jane taking charge in my absence. And David was very helpful in the negotiating process when it came time to sealup the deal. If Jane and David's expertise made a long distance transaction go this smoothly, I can only imagine how incredible an experience could be for a local a local client!

Vicki Brooks did a great job finding our house when it was time to buy. She was very patient with us, showing us each house we were interested in seeing. She knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable in everything to do with buying a house.
