I started in real estate as a child with my father (a builder). We helped with small things like insulation very young, then learned about trim, plumbing, framing, roofing, and everything in between. In 2006 I got my real estate licence and worked with Toll Brothers Luxury Homes learning to be a sales person for newly built homes. Doing this type of sale required me to help the buyer pick flooring, facets, room design, trim, tile, and everything needed to make the building decisions. However, after I went though all the training, the economy slowed down. With all my experience, I flipped and sold my home in 2014... I put in a new bathtub, tiling, plumbing. new fllooring, backsplash...even did the pool plaster myself!
I really enjoy helping sellers & buyers with upgrades that improve their homes both before &after the sale.
My personality is enthusiastic and fun, but my professionalism , knowledge, and ability will have you knowing you are in good hands!
